Run RGSCLauncher.exe which is present in ur GTA IV folder.Sign in a social account.

Dont do 'PLAY' .

6.Run razer game booset and sign up in it.

Now add launchgtaiv.exe to ur launch games tab.[laucnhgtaiv.exe is present in ur gta iv directory main folder]. Select launchgtaiv and do launch in rgb

And now set the resolution to ur choice.
